Partnership With USGA

Youth Golf Learning Center at Eagle Trace Golf Course

Young people from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver have been learning life skills and golf skills at the Gold Crown Junior Learning Center in Broomfield during the 2007 season.  Shown here at one of those clinics, the kids learn the rules, practice various shots and win prizes!

Our program is designed to provide fun and educational golf opportunities to juniors from ages 6-18. Unique to our program is our PALS (Players Acquiring Life Skills) instruction, where a golf professional will provide instruction to every player at every event at no additional cost. While playing in a fun and relaxed environment, players will learn about the rules and traditions of golf, as well as life skills like teamwork, sportsmanship, honesty, integrity, cooperation, respect, confidence, and self esteem.
