      • Members pick all 63 games of the NCAA Tournament.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • The pick deadline is set to March 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Each participant is limited to 2 entries in the contest.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Points values increase as the tournament progresses, as follows:\u00a0<\/span>\n
          \n
        • Play-in games are not included or scored<\/span><\/li>\n
        • First Round = 1 point<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Second Round = 2 points<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Sweet 16 = 4 points<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Regional Final (Round of 8) = 6 points<\/span><\/li>\n
        • National Semifinal (Last Four) = 8 points<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Championship = 12 points<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Correct picks will be awarded the points assigned for each round.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • The tie-breaker is the combined number of points scored in the Championship game. Each member must enter a tie-break value when they make their picks.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • The winner is the entry with the most points at the end of the NCAA Tournament.<\/span><\/li>\n

          This nine-month workforce readiness program guides 16\u201320 year olds through an immersive career development experience, offered free of charge.<\/p>\n

          The journey begins with the Exploration Phase, where participants spark curiosity and receive training across a variety of career pathways. In the Project Phase, each teen selects a specialized track\u2014administration, visual arts, podcasting, or fabrication\u2014and addresses real-world social issues through an entrepreneurial lens. The program culminates in a 120-hour paid summer internship, providing valuable, hands-on experience with host companies.<\/p>\n

          Over the years, this program has helped launch careers, supported college admissions, and equipped teens with life skills that extend far beyond the classroom. The total cost for each Pathways student for the nine-month program is $3,755.
