Pero, \u00bfte imaginas la diferencia en tu nivel de rendimiento si tu mente se sintiera tan preparada, o m\u00e1s, que tu cuerpo? Si aprendes a dejar de lado las distracciones, el estr\u00e9s externo y la ansiedad, podr\u00e1s llevar tu juego a un nivel completamente nuevo. \u00bfPor d\u00f3nde empezar?<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>1. Pregunta: \"\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo controlar?<\/h2>\n<p>Por desgracia, los deportes juveniles nunca son f\u00e1ciles. Ocurren cosas que nos dejan desanimados y desorientados: perdemos partidos, nos lesionamos, no somos titulares, no entramos en el equipo universitario o en el \"A\", o jugamos en una posici\u00f3n distinta a la que hab\u00edamos previsto.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 totalmente bien sentirse desanimado cuando ocurren cosas decepcionantes. Menos redes sociales, por favor<\/h2>\n<p>Esto es lo que s\u00e9: Los deportistas que rinden constantemente a un alto nivel tienen un deseo insaciable de evitar las distracciones. Dominan el arte de eliminar el ruido, el drama y las dudas externas.<\/p>\n<p>Un consejo que me gusta dar a mis atletas juveniles es que se alejen de las redes sociales, especialmente a la hora del partido. No hay nada peor que ver algo en Instagram que te molesta, o un comentario desagradable que alguien ha dejado en una foto justo antes de un partido.<\/p>\n<div id=\"oas_Article_Bottom\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"x61\" class=\"dfp-adunit\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Preg\u00fantese: \"\u00bfqu\u00e9 me mejora mental y f\u00edsicamente como deportista?\" o \"\u00bfen qu\u00e9 actividades puedo centrarme hoy para mejorar?\".<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s probable es que las redes sociales no sean la soluci\u00f3n. Tampoco lo es jugar a videojuegos, enviar selfies o cotillear con los amigos.<\/p>\n<p>Estas cosas son estupendas para relajarte y desahogarte, pero si van en detrimento de tu rendimiento deportivo y\/o acad\u00e9mico, tienes que tomar una decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que tu carrera deportiva es tu viaje. Puedes escribirlo como quieras. Tu \u00e9tica de trabajo es tu elecci\u00f3n, tu nutrici\u00f3n es tu elecci\u00f3n, tu recuperaci\u00f3n es tu elecci\u00f3n, tu motivaci\u00f3n intr\u00ednseca para recibir feedback y mejorar es tu elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Inevitablemente surgir\u00e1n obst\u00e1culos, y nadie sabe exactamente ad\u00f3nde le llevar\u00e1 su historia, pero te prometo que evitar las distracciones puede ayudarte a convertir tu historia atl\u00e9tica en algo m\u00e1gico.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Tener un grupo de apoyo<\/h2>\n<p>Los seres humanos nos necesitamos. Y lo m\u00e1s probable es que, si practicas un deporte de equipo, conf\u00edes en tus compa\u00f1eros para que te ayuden en el campo.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tal apoyarse en otros tambi\u00e9n fuera del campo?<\/p>\n<p>En lo que respecta a la salud mental, la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s, cuanto m\u00e1s podamos decir nuestra verdad a los dem\u00e1s, m\u00e1s podr\u00e1n identificarse con nosotros e inspirarnos para curarnos. Y a veces s\u00f3lo necesitamos una caja de resonancia que nos escuche. Expresar nuestros sentimientos nos libera de la angustiosa agon\u00eda del estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes son tus mayores partidarios? \u00bfTus padres? \u00bfTus compa\u00f1eros de equipo? \u00bfTus mejores amigos del colegio?<\/p>\n<p>No todo el mundo va a encajar bien en tu grupo de apoyo. T\u00fa decides qui\u00e9n te levanta y qui\u00e9n te hunde, y adaptas tu grupo en consecuencia.<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e9ctate con ellos regularmente y dales tambi\u00e9n un hombro en el que apoyarse.<\/p>\n<h2>4.
