Pero tambi\u00e9n, \u00a1ay! \u00bfC\u00f3mo lo llevamos con nuestros hijos? \u00bfCu\u00e1nto va a durar? \u00bfC\u00f3mo mantengo a salvo a mi familia? Aunque la vuelta al cole conlleva algunos sentimientos de alivio, tambi\u00e9n conlleva sentimientos de ansiedad y estr\u00e9s sobre c\u00f3mo podemos prepararnos y preparar a nuestros hijos para esta reincorporaci\u00f3n. Hay varias reacciones diferentes que pueden experimentarse dependiendo del ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Con cualquier gran cambio, la experiencia de un nuevo acontecimiento suele venir acompa\u00f1ada de sentimientos encontrados. Hablemos de cuatro reacciones que puede anticipar en su hijo a su regreso:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ponme en entrenador<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Estos alumnos estar\u00e1n encantados de volver a clase, tener el bullicio de los dem\u00e1s alumnos, ver a sus compa\u00f1eros en los recreos\/pasillos y esperar con impaciencia la rutina diaria. Estos ni\u00f1os son a menudo extrovertidos por naturaleza y han estado anhelando amigos y vida fuera de las paredes de sus casas. \u00a1Deja que estos ni\u00f1os disfruten! Ten en cuenta tambi\u00e9n que pueden experimentar el efecto luna de miel; al principio les parecer\u00e1 estupendo, pero es probable que les sobrevenga la realidad del drama, el estr\u00e9s y otros retos de estar de vuelta en persona. Cuando esto ocurra, recu\u00e9rdales lo positivo de estar all\u00ed y normaliza esos molestos sentimientos encontrados.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Calentar\u00e9 el banquillo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Algunos ni\u00f1os comparten la emoci\u00f3n de estar de vuelta, pero tambi\u00e9n con una pizca de ansiedad. Pueden estar analizando los cambios inminentes, anticip\u00e1ndose a las inc\u00f3modas maniobras de distanciamiento social en los pasillos y sinti\u00e9ndose nerviosos por volver a relacionarse socialmente con sus compa\u00f1eros. Es posible que estos ni\u00f1os necesiten alg\u00fan tiempo para acostumbrarse a la idea de volver al colegio. Pueden mostrar signos de angustia antes del primer d\u00eda (o hasta bien entrada la primera semana), como trastornos del sue\u00f1o, irritabilidad, llanto o cambios en sus h\u00e1bitos alimentarios. De hecho, puede significar que se sienten conectados con sus hermanos y familiares, que son alumnos que disfrutan en entornos tranquilos o incluso que disfrutan de la independencia de aprender c\u00f3mo y cu\u00e1ndo quieren. Aunque permanecer a distancia no sea una opci\u00f3n, sigue siendo importante reconocer sus sentimientos y elaborar un plan de apoyo para volver a la escuela. Pedir a estos alumnos que hagan algo que no quieren hacer despu\u00e9s de un acontecimiento traum\u00e1tico -utilizando recompensas, como reducir sus tareas si consiguen pasar el d\u00eda o dejarles elegir el postre para esa noche- podr\u00eda frenar la dificultad inicial de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Entrenador atl\u00e9tico<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Los alumnos que experimentan un aumento de la ansiedad pueden sentir que necesitan meterse en el papel de \"entrenador deportivo\". A este ni\u00f1o le preocupa el partido, pero sobre todo la seguridad y la salud de los jugadores y los asistentes. Desde el COVID-19, muchos ni\u00f1os y adolescentes han experimentado un aumento de la ansiedad relacionada con enfermedades, g\u00e9rmenes y acontecimientos con reuniones sociales. El mundo ha <em>dijo a <\/em>que tengan miedo (y con raz\u00f3n), pero algunos ni\u00f1os se aferran a ese miedo y les cuesta disfrutar del juego de la vida. Estos ni\u00f1os pueden necesitar el apoyo adicional de un profesional que les ayude a ver qu\u00e9 medidas de seguridad existen y c\u00f3mo pueden seguir participando en el juego. Estos alumnos tambi\u00e9n se beneficiar\u00edan de hablar con sus padres sobre los riesgos de volver a la escuela y sobre lo que est\u00e1 en su mano para mantenerse a salvo ellos mismos y a los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque los cuatro tipos de sentimientos no abarcan a todos los ni\u00f1os y sus experiencias, es seguro decir que la mayor\u00eda de los ni\u00f1os suelen caer en una o dos de estas categor\u00edas.
