Pude realizar una prueba de aptitud f\u00edsica que me hab\u00eda costado mucho antes de lesionarme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">El cerebro es el m\u00fasculo m\u00e1s importante del cuerpo, \u00a1aprov\u00e9chalo!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Suelta la presi\u00f3n de lo que eras antes.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00bfPiensas en lo que pod\u00edas hacer antes y en lo f\u00e1cil que te resultaban algunas cosas? Dices algo como: \"Antes pod\u00eda subir corriendo las escaleras\" o \"Antes hac\u00eda saltos de caja\".\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">S\u00f3lo conseguir\u00e1s seguir frustr\u00e1ndote mientras te atormentes con estas peleas.
