Si ha dicho escasez de \u00e1rbitros, est\u00e1 en lo cierto. Nos hemos centrado en la situaci\u00f3n del arbitraje en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os porque hemos visto un aumento de los incidentes durante los partidos y una disminuci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de \u00e1rbitros dispuestos a trabajar, pero este problema afecta a las ligas de todo el pa\u00eds. Seg\u00fan una encuesta de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Oficiales Deportivos (NASO), la principal raz\u00f3n de la escasez es el mal comportamiento de entrenadores y padres. M\u00e1s del 75% de los \u00e1rbitros renuncian por el comportamiento de los adultos y el 80% de los nuevos \u00e1rbitros renuncian en los dos primeros a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque admiramos su pasi\u00f3n y apoyo al equipo de su hijo, su autocontrol tambi\u00e9n es importante. La Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Asociaciones Estatales de Secundaria (NFHS) envi\u00f3 recientemente un memor\u00e1ndum a los padres con un mensaje sencillo: calma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A continuaci\u00f3n figura la nota en su integridad<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Si usted es la madre o el padre de un atleta de secundaria aqu\u00ed en (este estado), este mensaje es principalmente para usted.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cuando asista a un acontecimiento deportivo en el que participe su hijo o hija, anime hasta la extenuaci\u00f3n, disfrute de la camarader\u00eda que ofrecen los deportes de instituto y divi\u00e9rtase.
