Los s\u00edntomas van desde calambres musculares en las pantorrillas, la espalda, los brazos o el abdomen (calambres por calor) hasta desmayos o mareos, n\u00e1useas y taquicardia (agotamiento por calor), colapso, inestabilidad emocional y temperatura corporal muy alta (insolaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responder adecuadamente a los signos de enfermedad por calor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si un deportista est\u00e1 deshidratado o sufre un golpe de calor, llame al 911 si su estado no mejora y empeora. Lleve al deportista a la sombra y refr\u00e9squele el cuerpo con agua fr\u00eda. Haga que el deportista beba agua fr\u00eda, se quite el equipo y la ropa sobrante y se tumbe, levantando las piernas unos 20 a 30 cm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aseg\u00farese de que el deportista sea examinado por un m\u00e9dico o personal sanitario y reciba el visto bueno antes de volver a jugar.
