Cuando espire, el peluche volver\u00e1 a bajar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Prueba estos ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n para ni\u00f1os<\/h2>\n<p>Hemos creado un ejercicio de respiraci\u00f3n de 3 segundos y otro de 4 segundos. Pero incluso si no tienes una aplicaci\u00f3n que seguir, hay pasos sencillos que puedes dar para mejorar tu estado de \u00e1nimo. Para la mayor\u00eda de la gente, la cuenta en cada lado estar\u00e1 entre tres y ocho. Pero no importa cu\u00e1nto dure la cuenta. Simplemente deja que la inhalaci\u00f3n y la exhalaci\u00f3n se equilibren.<\/li>\n<li>Ahora, f\u00edjate en c\u00f3mo te sientes. \u00bfEst\u00e1s inquieto o ansioso? \u00bfO est\u00e1s cansado y somnoliento? Energizar o relajar depende de la mitad de la respiraci\u00f3n que enfaticemos. Para energizarte, acent\u00faa la inhalaci\u00f3n alarg\u00e1ndola. Para relajarte, acent\u00faa la exhalaci\u00f3n del mismo modo.<\/li>\n<li>Recuerda que puedes tardar varios minutos en notar los efectos.
