The Winter Training Series is a high-intensity camp for intermediate - elite players.  Players should come ready to stay moving and work hard! Camp is focused on individual skill work that translates to game play. It's a great camp for teams to use as practice over the holidays.

  • One session is offered for 4th – 8th boys and girls
  • For Competitive League players, feeder or club teams (not recommended for YDL players)
  • Format includes conditioning/physical fitness, small sided competition (1on1, 2on2, 3on3), full court 5on5 games, skills competitions
